Terms & Conditions
A deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking.
A further 50% is payable one week prior to your booking date
The balance of your booking must be paid on the day. We accept direct deposit (bank details on invoice), cash or credit card over the phone. All credit card payments incur an administration fee of 1.0%. Note: your booking is only confirmed when advised.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for “no show” or reduction of players.
Your deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking else the booking is forfeit.
Any bookings made within 7 days of the event requires the 50% deposit to be made immediately.
All outstanding balances are due on the day of your session. We only accept cash at the venue,an ATM is available, NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED
If something happens to prevent you joining us for the event you have booked, you can choose to transfer your booking to another date as long as you notify us more than 7 working days in advance at no cost to you.
An additional $100 transfer fee will apply to transfers under 7 working days.
Cancellations of booking under 14 days will forfeit deposit
Light rain or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation. But very heavy rain/lightning necessitates that we may need to re-schedule your event. Battlefield pro reserves the right to reschedule an activity due to adverse weather conditions. If you are unsure of the weather for your event and you haven’t heard from us, please call us on 02 49821960 for confirmation either way. Please understand that if you don’t contact us and the activity does go ahead you will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer.
